VANDALIA, OH -- Ledex has introduced a new series of Low Profile Solenoids. The compact, cost-efficient design make them ideal for high-force, short-stroke OEM and end-user applications.

Low Profile Linear Actuation Solenoids are suitable for applications where consistent, reliable operation is critical. Some potential applications include: Printers; Vending machines; Medical analysis instruments; and Packaging machines.
The Low Profile's design optimizes the magnetic flux paths for maximum force versus stroke characteristics. Each Low Profile Solenoid is packed with the maximum amount of copper, resulting in tremendous force for its size and power input; holding forces to 240 pounds; and stroke lengths to 0.7 inches.
This Series includes 28 stock models in nine sizes. In many cases, Ledex® Products can customize models by adding unique features and/or enhanced performance capabilities for a specific application.
